"We Are Machine Pop 6 - In Memory Of Florian Schneider" is released tomorrow by the independent Swedish label, Plonk, the album features 12 tracks by 12 artists, hugely influenced by Kraftwerk and is a wonderful way to say thank you and pay tribute to Kraftwerk Co-Founder, Florian Schneider, after his passing in April, this year.

Datapop have been regular contributors to the Machine Pop compilations, indeed they have been featured on all 6 released so far.
They are a duo, Mikael Larsson and Anders Wilhelm, and as well as, providing tracks for the
compilations they have released several EP's and an album called, "Pop".
They recently released an EP called "Sterne-1"
Their contribution to the latest Machine Pop compilation is a track called "Kling Oder Klang"

Their contribution to the latest Machine Pop compilation is a track called "Electromagnetic Fields", and is his second appearance on the compilation series.

Maschine Brennt, based in Sweden, Joacim Thenander is the man behind Maschine Brennt, and has released numerous singles and EP's and an album called "The Hearing Aid", in 2017.
On Machine Pop 6, Maschine Brennt have contributed the track "Systematyka II"

The band have recently recorded excellent cover versions of the Kraftwerk tracks, "The Model" and "Numbers", which are well worth checking out.
They have contributed the track "Titan" on We Are Machine Pop 6https://www.facebook.com/technikaiatallas/Niels Gordon is also based in Sweden, and makes his third appearance on the Machine Pop series. Niels has released a few EP's and recently released his debut album "Land".
He is well worth checking out on Youtube to watch his live appearances, he is superb live and has an army of vintage synths, he has alos supported OMD live.

Neon, a project by Gary Wright has been on the independent electronic music scene for a number of years, and has released 3 EP's and has featured in all but the very first Machine Pop compilation album.

It was his way of thanking Florian for the music he made with Kraftwerk, being a life long fan.
KRAFTman will soon be releasing a complete recording of the Kraftwerk album "The Man Machine", an album that wil feature all 6 tracks and will also include unique 12 inch versions of the album tracks too.
