Bay City Rollers are number one for a sixth week, with “Bye Bye Baby”, as Mud crash straight into the charts at number 6 with “Oh Boy”. Four singles move into this week’s top 20, “Lovin’ You” by Minnie Riperton is at number 7, Susan Cadogan with “Hurt So Good”, is at number 10, “Take Good Care of Yourself” by The Three Degrees is number 11 and Peter Skellern with “Hold on to Love” is number 16. Two records re-enter the top 20, Gilbert Becaud with “A Little Love and Understanding”, is number 13 and Labelle with “Lady Marmalade” is number 17.

Bobby Goldsboro is this week’s biggest climber with “Honey”, which moves up 7 places to number two.
