Mud finally end Bay City Rollers hold on the number one spot, with “Oh Boy” which climbs from number 6 to number 1. Four singles move into the top 20 this week, “The Night” by Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, which is number 16, “Let Me Try Again” by Tammy Jones, at number 17, “Only Yesterday” by The Carpenters, which is number 18 and Stephanie De Sykes with “We’ll Find Our Day”, is at number 20.

The biggest climber in the top 20 this week are the Glitter Band, who climb 6 places to number 8 with “The Tears I Cried”.
