It’s a third week at number one for George McCrae with “Rock Your Baby” and four singles move into the top 20, “What Becomes of The Brokenhearted” by Jimmy Ruffin, which is at number 11, “It’s Only Rock and Roll” by The Rolling Stones, who are at number 13, “I Shot the Sheriff” by Eric Clapton, who is at number 15 and David Cassidy with “Please Please Me”, which is number 16. Jim Stafford re-enters the top 20 at number 20, with “My Girl Bill”.

The Bay City Rollers are this week’s biggest climbers in the top 20, with “Summerlove Sensation”, which climbs 12 places to number 5.
