Terry Jacks stays at number one for a third week and Mud, with “The Cat Crept In” are pushing for the number one spot next week, climbing from number 8 to number 2. ABBA go straight into the charts at number 17, with “Waterloo”, Sweden’s entry in the Eurovision in 1974.

Two singles move into the top 20 this week, The Chi-Lites with “Homely Girl”, which is number 11 and Limmie & The Family Cookin’ with “A Walkin’ Miracle”, which is number 23.

The biggest climber in the top 20 this week is the Wombles, with “Remember You’re a Womble”, which climbs 12 places to number 8.
