Four records move into the top 20 this week, “Stay with Me” by Blue Mink, at number 12, “Ben” by Michael Jackson, at number 16, “Rock Me Baby” by David Cassidy, at number 18 and “Oh Carol / Breaking Up Is Hard to Do / Little Devil” by Neil Sedaka, who is at number 19.
    “Lay Down” by The Strawbs are this week’s biggest climber, moving up 7 places from number 20 to number 13.
